to our Lord who has given us all we have as His stewards.

What if I have any problems or questions?

Please either email onlinegiving@villagebible.com or talk with the treasurer.  They will be able to track down your problem and find a solution.

How do I designate portions of my gift?

The most common way to designate portions of your gift is to use the To: field on the web giving portal to specify which fund you are giving to.  This will allow gifts to the general fund (where all general giving goes for the church budget), missions, building, and benevolent funds.  You may select multiple funds if you are giving to several funds at once.

Does the church receive all of my gift?

There is a small fee that the church is charged for the service of processing online gifts as with many bank accounts.  The fee for cards (credit and debit) is much higher than ACH direct giving. Please choose the ACH option if possible. The added fees are paid out of our budget rather than deducted from the gift.

How secure is the site?

We are using a site called Planning Center which specializes in helping churches provide online giving.  They partner with the reputable service Stripe which is a secure site (Level 1 PCI compliant payment processor) and information is TLS encrypted.

Will my gift still show up in my annual donation receipt?

Yes, your gift will be processed by our Treasurer just as any gifts given in our Sunday offering.
